The Steam version, while a mediocre port, it is more functional than the vanilla 2004 version (outside of some strange frame-rate issues and some XInput controller downgrades). Version differences: the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions are based off the 2004 PC port, and the 2011/current Steam version was also ported from the Xbox 360 version. Textures and a few other things on change is little to minor. Why not just get the game and a Dreamcast or emulator, rather than state 'false advertising' when it is the Dreamcast collection? I don't get it.
Seems to me to be like the Dreamcast version of a repackaging. I don't think Sega (or Sonic Team) would be bothered to release the original on PC a waste of money.
